Our story
Born from a father's
honest struggle
DadMatchmakers didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a concern — the kind that settles in quietly when your children are still young and you already sense the road ahead will not be easy

A father of seven children sat with a question he couldn't shake: when the time came, where would his sons and daughters find spouses who shared what his family believed and how they lived? Not in a vague, cultural sense — but genuinely, in the daily fabric of faith and practice.
His family's path didn't fit neatly into any mainstream category. They weren't following the crowd, and the crowd wasn't following them. The families who might have understood — who held similar convictions about faith, character, and the way a household should be ordered — were scattered. Some were across the country. Some were across the world.
For a time, that felt like a wall. He watched his older children grow, and the question grew with them. The usual answers — local congregations, community events, introductions through mutual friends — simply didn't apply. There was no local community to draw from. There were no mutual friends who moved in the same circles.
Then something shifted. Video conferencing went from a novelty to a normal part of life. Families who had never been in the same room could sit across a screen and talk — really talk. A father in one state could meet a father in another. Children could be introduced without anyone boarding a plane. Distance, which had once felt like the whole problem, suddenly felt like a detail.
That realization became DadMatchmakers. Not a dating app. Not an algorithm. A network — father to father — where men who take seriously their role in guiding their children toward marriage can find one another, compare notes, and make introductions across whatever distance separates them.
Today, four of his seven children are married. He has eleven grandchildren. The worry that once felt so heavy has, by grace and persistence, become a testimony. And the tool he wished had existed when his children were young now exists — for the fathers who are standing where he once stood.
What we believe
Fathers lead the search
Marriage is too important to leave to chance or to children navigating it alone. Fathers who are engaged, prayerful, and intentional make better introductions.
Character before circumstance
Geography, income, and background matter less than the qualities a young man or woman has cultivated. We look for character first.
Distance is no longer the obstacle it was
Video conferencing changed everything. Families who share deep convictions can find each other now, wherever they are in the world.
Privacy and dignity for every family
Families trust us with something precious. We treat every profile, every conversation, and every introduction with the discretion that trust deserves.
